Are You or Anyone You Know Experiencing? . . .
Pain & Inflammation
High Blood Pressure
Blood Sugar Problems
Family Members with Cancer and Diabetes
We have always wanted to bring our patients and their friends and family to the clinic, and give them an opportunity to be tested and assessed on their evolving conditions before they become chronic and diseased.
This is because as prevention and wellness oriented healthcare practitioners, our interest is to help the body reverse imbalances and address the root cause of your symptoms so that recommended therapies are long lasting and sustainable.
To make this goal a reality, we have scheduled a Prevention and Wellness Open House on Wednesday, JANUARY 13th between the hours of 5PM and 8PM.
Join us for our Prevention and Wellness Open House for FREE Assessments and Consultations for all of the following:
Metabolic Rate and Body Composition . . . a $350 value.
You will be amazed at the root cause of some of your symptoms, and all of the above tests will help us pinpoint where it may be originating from. To make it possible for us to not charge for these tests and make this a viable and ongoing program we need your help to make it a big success by having you bring friends and relatives. Anyone you know who would like to GET OFF MEDICATION, or overcome diabetes, anxiety, depression, pain, fatigue or weight gain can benefit from attending the Prevention and Wellness Open House. The more people who learn of this approach to healthcare, and learn about preventive programs makes it possible for us to put on these events that will help change people's lives and educate the need for being proactive with their health.
Make a resolution to give the greatest gift to yourself or someone you care about this New Year. . . the Gift of Health.
Please call Cristina at 949-650-0736, and RSVP your attendance by January 12th as we have limited space and need to have you complete a questionnaire before you are assessed and tested. We are looking forward to seeing you and making it a fun and educational evening.
